The 30-Day Free Trial is currently offered only to customers living in the 50 states. Customers in Canada can purchase Neat products without the 30-Day Free Trial offer by calling 866-632-8732. Orders placed in Canada are offered 30-day unconditional money back guarantee.

Your 30-Day Free Trial period will begin the day the unit has been ordered. After the trial period, your credit card will be charged in full or in monthly installments depending on what option you chose during checkout. Returning your Neat product is easy, and there is no cost to you! If you decide to cancel the 30-Day Trial, we will pay for the return shipping back to The Neat Company, and even refund the initial shipping and handling cost.
