Billing Policy
Your 30-Day Free Trial period begins on the date your order is placed. With the 30-Day Free Trial program you will only be charged for shipping & handling at the time of purchase. Exact shipping costs will depend on your selected shipping method, which is chosen on the Checkout screen. After the trial period, you will be billed in full or in monthly installments depending on what option you chose during checkout. In the event you fail to make a required payment on the due date, all remaining payments shall immediately become due and owing. In addition, you will be charged a late fee of $25 per month on any past due amounts owed. If you would prefer to have the entire balance charged to your card immediately after the trial period, please call our payments department toll-free at 1-866-399-7808.
Scanning products (NeatDesk or NeatReceipts) payments will be deferred until the 30-Day Trial period has expired. Additional products such as the travel cases and annual service plans will be charged in full after the 30-Day Trial period has expired. Sales Tax will be charged in full after the initial 30-Day Trial period has expired. Shipping and handling will be charged at the time of purchase. If you decide to return the product within the 30 -day trial period, these shipping charges will be returned to you. Grand Total is the total amount you will be charged, both immediately and in future monthly payments. Amount Due Today is the amount you will be charged immediately. Balance Due is the Grand Total, minus the Amount Due Today. Once your order is complete, you can view your scheduled payments on the My Account page.
