For orders taken by phone or through Neat.com, different policies may apply.The Neat Company ships to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico through the United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping options include Standard or Priority shipping. Products shipped using Standard shipping will arrive in 3 to 8 business days and products shipped using Priority shipping will arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During the checkout process, shipping charges are displayed before an order is confirmed. The shipping charges include a handling fee. Your credit card will be charged for shipping and handling at the time the order is processed and shipped. All orders depend on credit card fund authorization and product availability. If a credit card declines or the product is on backorder, shipping time may be affected. While The Neat Company makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, The Neat Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, a $10 intercept fee will apply. Please note that The Neat Company is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. Three (3) delivery attempts will be made to your shipping address. If you are unable to receive your package, you may contact UPS to make alternate arrangements. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. If you decide to return a purchased product, shipping charges are not refundable.
